(the fax will go through after the answering machine has picked up)
Please include your order number.
Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise.
All returns must be in their original packaging and unused.
All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be made within 10 days of customer's receipt of merchandise.
No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number.
Please put RA# on the outside and inside of the package you are returning.
Shipping is non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinue without notice.
Bellas Babies reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.
